My suggestion: travel and education for those factions for the time being.Abandon ship.... when finally their is some economic racial parity and the USA nationals are respected as they should be in their own land, employment for these factions and economic participation will increase, racial esteem and self esteem will increase, the motivation for interacial clubs in the Greater NYC area and suburbs will increase. Pull the rug out from under and force the commercial class to hire and respect domestic labor and trust between races will flourish. When trust flourishes, the is more motivation to interraciaaly mingle. I agree with President Obama on his immigation policy.
